Hi

I've just downloaded a bunch of lessons for my iPhone (using iTunes). However, while some of them show characters + translation for the dialogue on the iPhone, most just show characters.

Do you know how I can fix it so all the lessons show characters + dialogue?

We customize transcripts and MP3 files for everyone based on their display settings. You can change yours here:

So visit that page and make sure "show translations" is selected. And let us know if you have any trouble.
